Mon., Jan. 7
Began altering site graphics in order to effectively change the name of DCplates.com to DCplates.net. After careful consideration it was determined that to remove the ".com" extension from the site name would substantially lessen the risk that individuals unfamiliar with this site and others like it might erroneously conclude that some sort of commercial endeavor is conducted herein. The site has always been accessible through both URLs and will continue to "reside" at DCplates.com, but from a presentation standpoint the alias DCplates.net will be used henceforth. Text references to the site on its pages will be changed as they are encountered as other changes are made, but prominent graphics will be changed today and tomorrow in order that the most noticeable references will include the ".net" extension.

Fri., Jan. 4
