Appropriate changes have been made to related non-passenger plate pages to reflect these new pages. Images of two interesting dealer identification crests have been added to the new Dealer page, courtesy of Charlie Gauthier, and similar ephemeral items will continue to be added to this page.

Government plate on this page with another plate of this base and type in better condition. Created and launched a page dedicated to miscellaneous special event plates, which can be reached via the Special Events plate page, with two plates (AAMVA and ASAE) courtesy of Charlie Gauthier; also altered the Special Events page to reflect the new page. Altered the table of estimated passenger registration numbers issued annually on the 2000 (Taxation Without Representation) base near the top of the page dedicated to that base to include letter series not used.

Reconfigured presentation of non-passenger plate information by segregating all types previously listed alphabetically on the Non-Passenger page into five categories (privately-owned, public service, government-owned, etc.). Left privately-owned types on Non-Passenger page, moved apportioned and trailer onto existing dedicated commercial page, and created new pages for government-owned, public service, and motor vehicle business types.

Images of D.C.'s newest non-passenger type, Manufacturer, have been added to the Non-Passenger section thanks to contributor Andrew Pang. Also added are images of 1974 and 2000 baseplate examples of the rare Disabled American Veteran type, courtesy of David Doernberg and Andew Pang, respectively.
